For customers who opt for the 6-month warranty, we provide a replacement in case of any operational or functional issues within this period. However, products with physical damage or breakage are not eligible for warranty claims. To request a replacement, the customer must record a video clearly demonstrating the operational or functional issue faced and send it to our support team via email. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement.
