3-Day Replacement Policy
If a customer receives a damaged product or one with manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement within 3 days from the delivery date. To claim this benefit, the customer must record a complete video of the unboxing, starting from the sealed package to identifying the damage, along with showing the invoice attached to the box. The video should be clear and submitted to our support team via email within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that no claims will be accepted if the video is not sent within this time frame. It’s a good coloring activity mat however for example you’re writing the alphabet and as soon as you reach the letter L the A is already starting to erase. I just think it fades away a tad bit quickly than expected.
I love that it gives pens and paint brushes and that it being water base it’s safe for a toddler who like to put things in his mouth. The pens don’t write the best and the mat isn’t durable. I love that the mat has abc’s and a word to go with the letter and the learning capability of the tracing boards. We have hardwood floors though and those tracing boards left on the floor have caused a safety hazard as they blend into the floor and we have slipped on them.
This is so fun for any age. I had a good time drawing on it. It dried well didn't have any issues with the color still showing through, and we spilled a ton of water on it. Haven't had it for that long though but hoping it holds up
Bought this again because I received a “ great gift choice” from family; and sent one to the other grandkids.
My friends kids love this so fun!
